Thanks to the underfloor heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fan, you can enjoy a pleasant stay here in any season. Upon arrival, you will find a thoughtful welcome package in the minibar, containing drinks and snacks to help you start your stay in a relaxed manner.Fully equipped kitchenetteThe modern kitchenette has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a stocked minibar (welcome package), dishes, glasses, mugs, and cutlery. Start the morning with fresh coffee from the Nespresso machine, which comes with coffee capsules, a milk frother, and milk. Tea, sugar, and a kettle are also provided. In addition, the lodge has an air fryer. There is no hob, but grilling outside or using the air fryer is among the possibilities.Wellness & bathroomThe luxurious bathroom features a Hotbath rain shower, underfloor heating, and a wall-hung toilet. From the parking lot, follow the path (for guests only) to the lodge on the waterfront.Other things to noteThe accommodation is located in a nature reserve near Nijmegen. A true oasis for peace seekers and nature lovers. The lodge is the only accommodation on our estate; the listed amenities are for your private use.Hiking and biking can be done directly from our estate.Binoculars are available for you to view the flora and fauna, including birds, up close (kingfisher, egret, etc.).Adjacent is Golfpark De Berendonck with the recreation area next to it. Within walking distance is Thermen/Sauna Berendonck – a beautiful large sauna complex with a 1001 Nights atmosphere.The location is adjacent to the protected nature reserve “Het Wijchens Ven.” Swimming is prohibited. Boating and fishing are only allowed (outside the breeding season) with a permit from the fishing association and the State Forestry Administration.We ask our guests to have respect for the flora and fauna. Smoking in the lodge and on the property is unfortunately not allowed.Quiet hours (due to nature regulations) between 10 pm and 7 am.
