Villa La finca – Gerês is a tiny house, built specifically for the concrete site, surrounded by peace and nature, with a deck that is above the entire river. The property is exclusively for our guests, with all the necessary amenities, who can enjoy the space with tranquility on their vacation and access the river directly from the property. The Villa is ready for (up to) 4 people and will be an amazing experience in nature.Local commerce is nearby.The spaceAt Villa La Finca – Gerês, guests are surprised by the surrounding nature, the river and the entire natural environment. Our tiny house was produced specifically for the location, being mirrored in order to directly reproduce the particularities of the space, such as the river, nature and the environment. The house has 1 double bed (160×200) and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people, totaling an occupancy of 4 people. There is also a small fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator) and a support cabinet for clothes and personal accommodations. In addition, air conditioning (hot and cold), heated floors (by switch), electric towel rail, among others.Next, a bathroom with a window to the outside, over which the outside environment extends in contact with the interior. The entire house has windows in the front, in order to allow our guests an incredible experience in nature.Villa La Finca – Gerês has advanced technology that allows it to be almost entirely controlled remotely. That is, for example, the customer can request a time, if they wish, for the electric blackout curtains to close or open (all the way to the front, including the bathroom), as well as the lighting system (internal and/or external), although they can also personally control these details by touching the devices. In addition, our guests can turn on the house’s sound system and light a bioethanol fireplace inside or outside the house (transportable) in order to make the environment more welcoming.In the back of the house, the customer has at their disposal the entire technical area of the house, namely the laundry area that can be used during their stay (washing machine, iron), cleaning materials necessary for comfort. At Villa La finca – Gerês, our guests have private access through stairs surrounded by nature, where you can go down and access the river to swim and enjoy good times, with a small, practically private beach. Close to the property there are some local shops such as small restaurants, local markets and some larger ones nearby. We will send all our guests a complete guide with recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to try, and paradisiacal places to visit nearby. A few minutes away there is also the famous “water telesky” on Ermal Island, where you can enjoy a great meal on the beach with water entertainment. It will be an amazing experience ✨Guest accessGuest access is through the main property gate (we recommend leaving the car outside) and walking to the property through the grounds. The keys will be available to our guests for remote and available entry.Other things to note- Guests have direct access to the river through the property and can use the entire exterior of gardens. – Our team is available to help and soon after your confirmation with us receives a huge list of suggestions for you to enjoy our city as if you lived here, in a traditional and typical way (Portuguese!).- Parking is right near the plot, at the top of the main road.- All our properties are equipped with bedding, towels, blankets, pillows, among other utensils for use during your vacation.- We do not have children’s cribs, although our guests can use the sofas to accommodate their children.- Check on our list of amenities everything the house offers and if you need anything, count on our team. – Frigorifico does not have the freezing compartment. It’s a minibar (small capacity)- Although there are blackout curtains, they do not block 100% of the light, so we inform the most sensitive guests that some light may enter- House rules: 1. It is not possible to receive guests without express authorization from the owner; 2. Meetings, parties, dinners are not allowed; 3. No smoking on the property; 4.
