Due to the location, it is pleasantly quiet, and the view of the lake immediately puts you in “vacation mode”: coffee with a view in the morning, out in the fresh air during the day, and relaxing in the evening.You can arrive here without any hassle, turn down the rhythm and spend time together – whether with games at the table, a cozy evening on the sofa or just sitting outside and watching the light change over the water.The spaceThe apartment is a cozy 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a separate living area: In the living room there is a sofa bed – practical for families or if you want to sleep flexibly. In addition, there is a large balcony with plenty of space for outdoor seating. The kitchen is spacious and well suited if you want to prepare something yourself.Guest accessSome information in advance:Check in is 3pm – 6pm.Check out is until 11:00.Please let us know an hour before you arrive so we can hand over the keys.The local tourist tax is collected on site.In order to be able to issue you the Konus card (going to the bus/train throughout the Black Forest), I need the following information:First name, surname, address, birthday and the ID number for foreign guests.For guests vacationing with us with their petDogs are welcome in our apartments.Please respect our rules for the stay of dogs:- As a holder, you assure us that your dog is housebroken, socially acceptable and liable insurance.- One dog per apartment is allowed.- Cost per night: €15,- (without food/bed)One floor down there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to share.Other things to notePlease call us in urgent cases at the stored mobile number so that we can provide quick support.
