Just 50 minutes from Budapest, yet perfectly secluded for rest, reconnection and slow living.The spaceHome by the River is a standalone, traditional family house located near the center of the picturesque village of Kisoroszi, right on the banks of the Danube River. During your stay, you will have the entire house to yourselves.At the riverside end of the garden, you’ll find a charming wooden sun deck with direct access to the water. Please note that it does not have a railing. The house features two spacious rooms (a living-dining area and a bedroom). Your comfort is ensured by a fully equipped kitchen, a compact bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.The terrace connected to the house is furnished with outdoor dining furniture, and sun loungers are also available for your use. Heating is provided by Norwegian electric panels and a traditional tiled stove.Our home is an ideal place for peaceful retreat, creative recharging, as a starting point for longer excursions, and of course, for those who love the Danube.Guest accessDuring your stay, please feel free to use the entire house and garden. Kindly do not access the attic, as it contains technical equipment. The shed at the back is used for maintenance storage, so please do not take anything from there.
