Also, the children have plenty of room to run around in the yard.The city center is about 1 km away (about 15 minutes walk). The apartment has a private parking space, so you don’t have to worry about parking.Possibility to rent a SUP board to discover the Pärnu River!The spaceThe apartment is part of the real estate development of Bremen homes and is named after a nearby manor, which has been called Bremen since the 16th century. The apartment is bookable from May 2025 and equipped with everything you need for your short vacation. It is an ideal place for families with children, as the house is surrounded by a large garden, there is a private large balcony and a children’s playground right in front of the apartment.In the apartment you will find a living room with an open kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a toilet. TV is equipped with various domestic and foreign channels and applications. Free wifi is available.LIVING ROOM – in the living room you will find a very comfortable and large sofa where you can spend time after a busy holiday. The TV program provider is Telia TV, in addition to TV channels you have access to applications (Netflix, Youtube, etc.). You must use your username and password to view.KITCHEN AREA WITH DINING AREA – In the well-equipped kitchen of the apartment you will probably find everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the cabinets you will find plates, bowls, pots, pans, various glasses and cutting tools. Coffee, tea, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, corn flakes and porridge flakes are also available free of charge!In addition, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, hobs, an oven with a microwave function, a kettle and a toaster.BEDROOM NO. 1 – a tastefully designed bedroom with probably one of the most comfortable double beds (160 cm wide) that can be found in guest apartments. Clean bed linen and towels are available for all guests.BEDROOM NO. 2 – the window of the second bedroom offers a beautiful view onto the river of Pärnu and the possibility to move directly from the bedroom to the sunny balcony. It is possible to use the bed as one wide double bed (width 160 cm) or to separate it into two separate beds (2 x 80 cm wide). The choice is yours!BATHROOM WITH TOILET – in a modern and nicely designed bathroom you will find a shower corner with shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner. If necessary, you can use our washing machine and dryer (free washing capsules are available). In the bathroom you will also find a hairdryer, cotton pads, cotton buds and toiletries.BALCONY – probably one of the attractions of this apartment is a spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the river, equipped with outdoor furniture so that our guests can both dine and sunbathe there. From the balcony you will find a large dining table, six dining chairs and two loungers.Guest accessGuests have access to the parking area, the house’s staircase and all rooms in the booked apartment. The apartment is on the second floor. In addition, guests have access to a private balcony and a fenced courtyard area.Other things to note- Please treat the apartment with respect and behave politely during your stay. It is mandatory to read the rules of the apartment, which you will find printed and framed in the living room of the apartment. If there are problems in the apartment during your stay, we will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible. Note: this is not a hotel, we are not available 24 hours a day to answer guests’ calls. – No parties or events in the apartment, only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.- During your stay, you are not allowed to disturb neighbors or other residents in any way.- Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.- No pets allowed.
