Welcome to our cozy rural house on a peninsula in the heart of Skåne, in close proximity to a lake, forests, a golf course, and ancient Bosjökloster Castle with its lush park, gardens, and playgrounds. The main house has three bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It accommodates up to seven guests. A garden hut with two single beds is available during May-September.The spaceThe house has a private garden that your can step directly into from both the living room and the kitchen. Enjoy meals outdoors and sip your morning coffee in the small greenhouse.Bedrooms in the main houseThree bedrooms accommodate six to seven guests in the main house. All bedrooms have closets.Living roomThe bright living room has large south-facing windows overlooking the garden, and a cozy fireplace.Kitchen & dining areaThe open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. It includes an oven, both gas and electric stovetops, a microwave, dishwasher, tea kettle and coffee maker.The dining table seats up to eight people. Extra chairs can be provided free of charge.BathroomsThe bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a separate second toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available.Garden hutThe garden hut is available during the summer months (May–September). The hut is equipped with a dry toilet.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire house. There is a carport for one car and room for one more car alongside it.Other things to notePlease note that loud music and late-night parties are not allowed.Smoking indoors is prohibited. We kindly ask that you leave the house in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning can be arranged for SEK 600 per stay for up to 4 guests or SEK 800 per stay for over 4 guests. Bed linens and towels are available for SEK 150 per person.Pets are welcome. Please do not allow dogs on beds or sofas.
