BBQ, closed garden. Very quiet environment.Guest accessThe people renting the house have access to two floors. Eventually, the owner can use a small flat in the basement with an independent entrance and will be very discreet (invisible) to the people renting the house.Other things to noteThe airports of Lyon/Geneva at 50 minutes driving, 10 minutes from the train station of Aix-les-Bains. If the rules are not followed concerning the rules, a fee of 200 Euros will be applied to clean the house.
