In this unique lake-view accommodation, surrounded by the Småland countryside, you can both relax and be active. When you book our property, you will have access to two newly built houses (45 + 28 m²) overlooking the lake. Here, you have access to free padel, can take a ride in the rowboat with the option of fishing, swim, or go for a walk in the beautiful natural surroundings. At the same time, you are only 3 km from central Nässjö. A perfect place for relaxation, nature experiences, and quality time together.The spaceMain cabin (approx. 45 m²):The main cabin has a separate bedroom with a 140-cm-wide bed. In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wood-burning stove that can be used as needed for extra coziness. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area with a table and six chairs.The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a combined washer-dryer.Up one flight of stairs, there is a loft (with limited ceiling height) with a bed measuring 180 cm and the option to place a mattress on the floor.Lillstugan (approx. 28 m²):Lillstugan has a 160-cm bed and a pull-out sofa bed measuring 140 cm. There is also a small fridge/freezer and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.Both cabins are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay all year round.Patio and common areas:A large wooden deck connects the cabins. Here, there is a table with four chairs and a larger table that can seat eight people. Between the cottages, there is also a kitchen island with a wine cooler and a gas grill – perfect for wonderful outdoor dinners. Two sun loungers are also available.Close to nature and activities:Just 20 meters from the cabins is the lake, where you have access to a small beach (about 4 meters/13 feet wide) and a rowboat that can be borrowed during your stay. Fishing is possible, as fishing licenses can be arranged for a fee.100 meters from the cabins, there is an outdoor padel court that can be used for 4 hours per day at no extra charge. Next to the tennis court, there is a coffee stand with access to coffee, ice cream, and padel balls for a fee. Four padel racks are available for you in the cabins.
