Suitable for family groups, sports teams, colleagues. 10 minutes walk to the Zaka beach and the International rowing center, 2 minutes walk of the Bled-Jezero railway station and Hotel Triglav. You will love the beautiful and relaxing ambiance and wonderful views.The spaceWe are situated on the quiet side of the lake, away from the town and the crowds. We welcome large groups, from families to bikers to sports teams. The apartment expands on the upper floors of a newly renovated house. All the space is for guests. The apartment has 9 bedrooms that sleep 20 to 22 guests, 5 bathrooms, two kitchens and two lounge areas. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms for the members of the group who need more privacy.The house has recently undergone a substantial renovation and all the rooms and the bathrooms are brand new, apart from two pleasant spacious wood-clad rooms that we kept as they were. The surroundings of the house are are still in progress and we are doing our best to keep them neat.The highlight of this apartment are its two spacious open-plan common areas which both comprise the kitchen, the dining room and the sitting room with a TV. Both offer spectacular views of the lake and the mountains. Perfect for a gathering of family, friends or teammates. Another highlight is a spacious bathroom on the uppermost floor with a massage bath. Both indoor and outdoor games and toys for kids are provided, as well as a baby crib and a baby chair. The guests are very welcome to use the BBQ that is situated in the garden sitting area, and are welcome to use any items situated in the apartment and outside of the house. We are happy to help if you need us, but will otherwise give you the space and privacy. We really want you to feel relaxed and at home and make the most of your holiday.The configuration of the house: the two upper floors together form a 6-bedroom unit; to this is adjoined the 3-bedroom unit on the floor below. The two units have their own independent entrances but can be joined inside the house through an indoor staircase as one big unit. The floors in the order of topmost down:THE UPPER APARTMENT, EAGLE’S NEST (6 rooms, 14-16 )FLOOR 3: with the best views of the lake: 3 bedrooms that can be arranged as a double bedroom or a bedroom with two single beds (bedrooms 4, 5, 6), a lakeview balcony and a mountain-view balcony, bathroom 3 with a shower and a whirlpool bathFLOOR 2: area with the kitchen/dining room/sitting room overlooking the lake; 2 x double bedroom (bedrooms 1, 2) + 1 x bedroom with four single beds (bedroom 3, here we can add a bunk bed to make a 1 x bedroom with six single beds) + 2 bathrooms with a bath (bathroom 1, 2)Of this one double bedroom has an en suite bathroom (bedroom 1), other rooms share a bathroom.A lakeview balcony and a mountain-view balcony, the living space and two rooms have lakeview, one room has a mountain view. LOWER APARTMENT, SWAN’S LOOKOUT (3 rooms, 6 guests)FLOOR 1: area with the kitchen/dining room/sitting room overlooking the lake; 2 x double bedroom (bedrooms 7, 8) overlooking the lake, two 2 bathrooms with a bath (bathroom 4, 5)Of this one double bedroom has an en suite bathroom (bedroom 7). The floor has a wrap-around balcony with views in all the directions.FLOOR 0: double bedroom with beds than can be arranged either as a double bed or two singles (uses the bathroom on floor 1). This room is on the ground floor and has the least appealing view of our yard where we currently store materials.In the garden there is the BBQ and the outdoor sitting area.We are continuing to add and finalize details of both indoors and outdoors. We will be posting updated photos regularly.Other things to noteHouse Rules: no smoking, no drugs, no pets, quiet hours after 10pm.Tourist tax is payable at the property: 3.13 EUR per person per night for adults over 18, 1.56 EUR per person per night for children 7-18, children under 7 pay no tax.
