Newly-built, fresh cottage with nature plot. The proximity to wilderness and adventure but the peace and quiet of the property is the winning combination. Deep cleaning, bed linens, and large and small towels are included. Activities in the cabin area (all free of charge) include: large swimming pool in the summer, mini golf, tennis, boules, and a playground. A beautiful walking trail runs through the association’s property. Just a 7-minute drive away is the fantastic Söderåsen area, featuring a national park, hiking, biking, golf, an elk park, mushroom picking, paddling, and more! Welcome!The spaceThe cottage has an open, spacious floor plan with fresh decor. The colors are quietly muted in natural tones. A large living room with an integrated kitchen, a large kitchen table and a kitchen island stands for the heart of the house. Two large sofas with a view of the terrace and the forest environment outside invite to cozy and hang out. The TV corner with armchairs and sofa bed is a third comfortable zone. The two bedrooms (one with a sink and mirror) are large, with one featuring a big double bed and the other a small double bed and two stacked single beds. The bathroom is large and fully equipped. The large wooden deck outside has two different seating areas and an outdoor grill. The environment outside the house consists of a large nature plot and many trees. Deer, birds and squirrels are often immediate neighbours.Guest accessThe whole cabin is at guests’ disposal during the rental period. Post-cleaning (excluding dishwashing) and bed linens are included in the rental price, as well as small and large towels and dish towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. A small basic range of spices, cooking oil, instant coffee, tea and coffee filters are included. Regular coffee brings the guests. Toilet paper and paper towels are on site. Guests bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid for the outdoor grill, but if there is some left over from the previous stay, you can use it. A mini ping-pong table, other games, and mini golf clubs are available to borrow in the house.
