Welcome to a unique and idyllic country house in beautiful Fjällbacka – a perfect choice for an active family holiday, or for those who long for peace in scenic surroundings.The annex is one of three homes on the property, all of which are owned by the landlord. The three houses, Anexet, Hovedhuset and Båthuset are located on a separate small headland, surrounded by lake, with its own beach, beautiful rocks, jetty and the possibility to rent. A rare gem in the heart of Bohuslän.The spaceAnexet – charming and secluded, close to the lake and the cozy fishing village of Fjällbacka. The anexet is located warm and secluded on the property, close to the main house which the landlord himself has at disposal. In here you live peacefully and in nature, while being a short distance to everything Fjällbacka has to offer. You also have the opportunity to rent a boat during your stay.The cozy annex has two bright bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. There is also a spacious loft with mattresses where up to 3-4 people can sleep. In the kitchen area and on the lower floor, there is also an extra bed – perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements for both adults and children.1st floorDownstairs you will find a nice and relaxing living part with two good sofas, chairs, TV and the extra bed. Here there are heating cables in the floor that ensure a comfortable temperature all year. From the living room there is a direct exit to a terrace on the ground floor.2nd floorOn the main floor, there is a bright and cozy living room combined with a well-equipped kitchen and an extra bed/daybed. Here there is a dining table with room for 6-8 people – perfect for communal meals and pleasant evenings. From the living room there is an exit to an airy terrace with dining group.The floor also contains a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as two comfortable bedrooms with double beds.Nearby areaRight outside the house is a large, sunny lawn where we have a volleyball net and soccer goals in the summer – a fantastic gathering place for both kids and adults. Here you can play, play, relax and enjoy long summer days in idyllic surroundings.Outdoors, you also have a charcoal grill and good outdoor areas for cozy meals.It is only about 20 minutes walk to Fjällbacka city center, where you will find nice restaurants, small shops, ice cream parlors and the charming harbor. Fjällbacka also offers iconic Badholmen, a lovely swimming area with diving tower, beach and cafe.The country house is sheltered and peaceful, close to the mountain and well protected from the wind. Just 200 meters away is a small bathing house, with a sandy beach and a jetty that belong to the property—perfect for morning swims, sunbathing, and quiet moments by the sea. The beach is also used by the host and possibly other guests during summer.
