Relax and enjoy with the whole family (pets are also welcome) in this modern peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature, a lake, swimming area and a magical view.The spaceWelcome to our unique newly built house which is built in harmony with the light, the magical view of the lake and the richness of the surrounding forest.The house welcomes with a bright, spacious hall where skylights open up for the sun’s rays to shine down into the spaciousness. In the hall’s corridor towards the kitchen and living room lead the doors to 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and 4 nice bedrooms. Two of them have a large double bed, and two a smaller double bed + a single bed in a bunk bed. Three of four bedrooms have their own terrace door out to the garden.The house’s living room with large glass sections facing the lake contains both a dining area for lovely dinners but also a generous sofa corner for cozy movie nights.The kitchen with its social kitchen island adjoins the open floor plan where cooking is spiced up by an unobstructed view of the terrace and the lake.The large glass sections can be opened up so that the boundary between outside and inside is blurred in a lovely way. The covered terrace makes it possible to go barefoot with your morning coffee and also gives you the flexible option of moving dinner outside if the temperature permits.The swimming area with jetty just below the site is a fantastic asset for those of you who choose to live with us. During the morning hours, you can enjoy a swim with the feeling of having the lake almost entirely to yourself.On sunny days during high season, the beach is filled with happy bathers as the bathing area is a popular excursion destination during the holiday season. Therefore, happy voices are heard from bathers who visit the beach for swimming and barbecuing. The location of the house is absolutely perfect for families with children during the holidays because it is so close to swimming and playing from the accommodation. We also offer access to a canoe, boat and sup-board.If you don’t choose a lovely walk or run around the lake, there is also proximity to mini golf, outdoor paddle and ice cream in Sjöviken’s café, which is open from May-August.At other times of the year, it is very calm and quiet in the area for those of you who want to vacation with the aim of enjoying the incredibly calming energy of the beautiful nature.In May 2025 our Sauna and wellness opens in a separate building. You rent this part at an extra cost of 2500 SEK ,for your entire stay. The adjacent plot with a similar house on it is also rented out. The plots are clearly divided by a beech hedge. The driveway and parking are shared with the neighboring house.Other things to noteWe have a cleaning fee of 1500 SEK due to our guests.
