Newly built villa, private, by a lake

Relax in this quiet accommodation and enjoy lake views and nature. Here you live in a brand new single-story villa with large windows and giant sliding doors facing the lake. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house.The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views.The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy patio under the roof.Canadians are there and you can swim from the property. 7 minutes away there is a nice beach.The spaceThere is a new comfortable 180 cm wide bed. A 120 cm wide bed that two people can share. One 90 bed. And a sofa bed with an extra mattress that is 140 cm wide. All beds have one extra mattress topper and nice comfort.Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available. Vegan and not tested on animals. Check out time is set at 11am if new guests are coming that same day. If there is no reservation after you, you are welcome to stay longer.
