It is a rare and privileged place in its location, where the sounds and colors of the typical Alentejo landscape abruptly erupt through the water mirror of the reservoir.The 3 hectares of the property are filled with hundreds of olive trees and other fruit trees that will, for sure, give an even more special flavor to your stay.The spaceThe house was completely renovated in 2023, with the renovation focusing mainly on the reorganization and comfort of the interior space. Outside, an effort was made to maintain the original layout, which is characteristic of the region. The old irrigation tank, located next to the house, has been converted into a bright swimming pool where you can cool off on the hot days of Alentejo. To the west, a large terrace was added with a pergola that invites laziness, long meals and conversations with family or friends.A short 5-minute walk through the olive grove separates the house from the reservoir, where you can swim in the calm and silent waters of Maranhão. The most daring and adventurous have at their disposal (at no extra cost) bicycles, a canoe and a SUP board, while the quieter ones can simply enjoy the idyllic landscape or practice yoga in the wooden structure that is two steps from the waterline.
