The farm has 3 villas for our guests, with all the necessary amenities, who can enjoy the space with tranquility on their vacation and access the river directly from the property. Surrounded by trees, water and natural landscape, the property provides a unique experience of rest, comfort and direct connection with the surrounding environment.The farm consists of three independent villas, carefully integrated into the landscape, allowing guests to enjoy the serenity of the place with privacy and comfort. Each guest has their own private and fully independent villa, while the gardens and some outdoor areas of the property are common spaces shared quietly between the three villas.Each villa has been specifically designed for this space and features contemporary architecture with mirrored cladding, which reflects the surrounding nature and creates a constant visual connection between the house and the landscape.Inside, the villa has a double bed (160×200) and a comfortable sofa bed, allowing up to four guests to be accommodated. The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator, as well as storage space for clothes and personal belongings.To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, heated flooring, electric towel rail, sound system and indoor and outdoor ambient lighting.The entire front of the house is composed of large panoramic windows, allowing a constant connection with the natural landscape and offering a privileged view over the river and the surrounding vegetation. The bathroom was also designed to maintain this relationship with the outside, with a large window that visually extends nature into the interior of the space.Outside, each villa has a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, lounge area and outdoor shower with hot and cold water, allowing moments of absolute relaxation in direct contact with nature.
