You have your own decking platforms to enjoy the amazing views and relax. You can walk to the village where you’ll find a small cafe, village shop and pub.Other things to noteJust to note. As the houseboat floats on water we like to make our guests aware that you do get some slight movement in the cabin. There is a long pathway to walk to the houseboat of about 80m we’d like to make guests aware of for carry luggage etc.. the pathway is shingled. Although our houseboat is tucked in tranquil, ancient woodland, we are fairly close to the A22 which is fantastic for accessing all the excellent locations and activities around us. Many of our guests find our houseboat peaceful, those who are particularly sensitive to noise may notice passing traffic at times, including early morning hours. Please read our many reviews, this will give you an idea of what our guests have experienced. There is another cabin on site, this is situated around 40 meters away from the Houseboat.
